Compatibility

We know that in many cases, different types of build kits and components are needed to incorporate into the robot. Thus, we design this build system with compatibility in mind. In this page you can find some notes on building with other build systems.

REV Robotics

REV Robotics uses 15 mm spacing with a 5 mm hex shaft. When using the 1515 beam, consider adding a 1 mm / 5mm padding to the beam to fit in the 4x Grid.

Use a 6 mm to 5 mm shaft adaptor to convert to 5 mm hex shaft.

Use the Hex Hub to connect to any 4-hole pattern sprocket or gear.
